Response time
We will review your request within 10 business days. Within ten business days you will receive one of the following three responses.
- Take Down Notice: If your request is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Additional Material Required: To make our determination we may require additional information from you.
- Rejection of Request: If your request does not comply with the DMCA or is otherwise invalid, we will reject your request. No further information will be provided and the matter will be closed.

DMCA Counter-Notice Information
What is a Counter-Notice?
If your content was removed from our platform due to a DMCA takedown request and you believe the material was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice to request restoration of the content.
When Can You File a Counter-Notice?
- You believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- You have a good faith belief that the material was lawfully posted
- You consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
- You will accept service of process from the person who submitted the takedown notice
Required Counter-Notice Elements
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process
Counter-Notice Process
- Submit your counter-notice to our designated agent (contact information below)
- We forward your counter-notice to the party who submitted the takedown request
- 10-14 business day waiting period - The original complainant has this time to file a court action
- Content restoration - If no court action is filed, we will restore the content
